Choosing your first pouch
Pouchcraft
If you are new to pouches, three things decide whether you will enjoy one.
- Strength. Printed in milligrams. Lower numbers (around 4–6mg) are gentle; higher numbers (10mg and up) hit harder. If you are unsure, start low: you can always go up.
- Format. Slim pouches sit neatly and discreetly; mini pouches are smaller still; larger pouches hold more and release more. Comfort under the lip is personal.
- Flavour. Mint is the classic starting point: clean and familiar. From there, try berry, citrus, cola, coffee, and more. Browse by flavour and pick what you would actually reach for.
Our advice: one modest strength, a slim or mini format, and a flavour you already like. Get those right and the rest follows.
Pouches contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are for existing adult nicotine users.
